The Oceanic melt blown cartridges are constructed of 100% melt blown polypropylene fibers that are continuously sent onto a central production mandrel eliminating the need for resin binders or lubricants. This results in a one-piece construction that is resistant to unloading and media shedding. The torturous path created by melt blown microscopic fibers and fixed pore structure provides efficiency integrity and optimum particle retention from process stream. These melt blown cartridges have radial fibers, which distribute gradient and gradually becomes loose from inside to outside. The outside layer is coarse, providing enough dirt absorbent, reducing the filter resistance and ensuring enough rigid structure. The inside layer is with fine fiber which clogs the smaller particles and ensures the filter precision. Oceanic melt blown filter cartridges are being manufactured by using high purity polypropylene resin which makes it free of surfactants, antistatic agents, binders and adhesives. Thermally bonded fiber migration. These cartridges are available in removal ratings from 0.5 to 100 micron and in continuous length of 4 to 50 inches.
